Powders and Sweeteners
- ¼ teaspoon (about 1 g) açaí powder
- 1 teaspoon (4 g) sugar
- ¼ teaspoon (about 1 g) green coffee bean extract (optional, omit for caffeine-free version)
Juices & Liquids
- 4 tablespoons (60 ml) white grape juice
- 4 tablespoons (60 ml) passionfruit juice
- 1 cup (240 ml) pink lemonade

- Ice, to taste
Instructions
- Prepare Strawberry Base: In a bowl, smash 4 fresh strawberries until they become juicy and release their sweetness. Break them down well to create a flavorful base for the drink.
- Mix Powders and Sweetener: Stir in 1 teaspoon of sugar and ¼ teaspoon of açaí powder into the smashed strawberries. If using, add ¼ teaspoon of green coffee bean extract and stir thoroughly to combine evenly.
- Combine Juices: In a cocktail shaker, pour 4 tablespoons of white grape juice, 4 tablespoons of passionfruit juice, and 1 cup of pink lemonade.
- Add Strawberry Mixture and Shake: Add the strawberry mixture to the cocktail shaker with the juices. Shake vigorously until the ingredients are well combined and the flavors meld together perfectly.
- Prepare Glass With Ice: Fill a tall glass with ice cubes to chill the drink properly.
- Serve and Garnish: Pour the shaken mixture over the ice in the glass. Garnish with sliced strawberries inside and place one whole strawberry on the rim for an attractive presentation.
