A delicious and easy-to-make Pizza Dip that combines creamy and cheesy layers with savory pepperoni and Italian flavors, perfect for sharing as an appetizer or snack.

Ingredients

Scale

Base

  • 1 (8-oz) package cream cheese, room temperature
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Toppings

  • ¾ cup pizza sauce
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • â…“ cup chopped pepperoni (or to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare Dish: Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Spray a small baking dish or pie plate with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
  2. Mix Base Ingredients: In a small bowl, mix together the cream cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and ¼ cup of Parmesan cheese until well combined and smooth.
  3. Spread Base Layer: Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  4. Add Toppings: Spoon the pizza sauce over the cream cheese layer. Then sprinkle with the remaining ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, followed by the shredded mozzarella cheese, and evenly top with chopped pepperoni slices.
  5. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and the cheese is melted and slightly golden around the edges.

Notes

  • Use room temperature cream cheese for easier mixing and a smoother base layer.
  • Feel free to substitute pepperoni with other toppings like cooked sausage, olives, or green peppers to customize the dip.
  • Serve warm with sliced baguette, pita chips, or sturdy crackers for dipping.
  • Leftovers can be refrigerated and gently reheated before serving.
