Instructions
- Preheat Oven and Prepare Dish: Preheat your oven to 400ºF (200ºC) and spray a 4-cup baking dish lightly with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Mix Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, crumbled feta cheese, drained diced pimentos, Greek seasoning, oregano, minced garlic, and olive oil. Stir everything together thoroughly until well blended.
- Bake the Dip: Spread the cheese mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. Place it in the preheated oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and slightly golden on top.
