Coating

Instructions
- Prepare cheese mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded cheddar cheese, softened cream cheese, dry mustard, garlic powder, Tabasco sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and mayonnaise. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well blended into a smooth, uniform mixture.
- Shape and coat the cheese log: Using your hands, shape the cheese mixture into a firm roll. In a separate small bowl, mix chili powder and paprika. Roll the cheese log in this spice mixture, coating the exterior evenly with the chili-paprika blend.
- Chill: Place the coated cheese log in the refrigerator and let it chill to firm up and allow the flavors to meld, ideally for at least 1 hour before serving.
