Ingredients
Scale
Cheesecake Bites
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
Fruit Salad
- 2 cups strawberries, halved
- 2 cups green grapes
- 1 cup red grapes
Toppings
- ½ cup caramel sauce
- ¼ cup crushed graham crackers or cookie crumbs
- ¼ cup chopped peanuts or pecans
- ¼ cup white chocolate drizzle
Instructions
- Prepare the Cheesecake Bites: In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined. Cut the cheesecake mixture into small squares and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to set.
- Assemble the Fruit Salad: Once the cheesecake bites are chilled, arrange a serving dish by layering the halved strawberries, green grapes, red grapes, and cheesecake bites evenly over the dish.
- Sprinkle and Drizzle: Sprinkle crushed graham crackers and chopped nuts over the layered fruit and cheesecake bites. Drizzle caramel sauce and white chocolate drizzle evenly on top. Serve immediately or refrigerate for an additional 30 minutes if you prefer a colder dessert.
Notes
- Use full-fat cream cheese and heavy cream for best texture and creaminess.
- Substitute pecans with walnuts or almonds if preferred.
- The dessert can be prepared a few hours ahead and kept refrigerated until serving.
- For a nut-free option, omit nuts and use extra crushed graham crackers.
- Ensure cheesecake bites are well chilled before assembling to maintain shape.
