Description

This refreshing Aldi DIY Pink Drink recipe combines strawberry kiwi juice, creamy coconut milk, and frozen strawberries to create a vibrant, tropical beverage perfect for a quick pick-me-up. Enhanced with an optional splash of coconut sparkling water for fizz, this drink is easy to make, dairy-free, vegan, and tastes just like the popular Starbucks pink drink.

Ingredients

Scale

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Aldi’s Nature’s Nectar Strawberry Kiwi Juice (or substitute with strawberry juice blend)
  • ½ cup coconut milk (chilled, from Aldi’s Simply Nature Organic Coconut Milk)
  • ½ cup frozen sliced strawberries
  • ½ cup ice
  • Optional splash of Aldi’s Belle Vie coconut sparkling water for fizz

Instructions

  1. Prepare the base: In a glass or large cup, add the frozen sliced strawberries and ice to serve as the refreshing chilled foundation of the drink.
  2. Add the juice: Pour 1 cup of strawberry kiwi juice over the ice and frozen strawberries, infusing the drink with its fruity flavor.
  3. Add coconut milk: Slowly pour in the chilled coconut milk and gently stir to combine the creamy texture with the fruity base, creating a harmonious blend.
  4. Optional fizz: If desired, add a splash of Aldi’s Belle Vie coconut sparkling water on top for a light and refreshing fizz.
  5. Final stir and serve: Stir the drink again to evenly distribute the ingredients before serving cold and enjoying immediately.

Notes

  • Adjust sweetness by using more or less strawberry kiwi juice according to your taste preference.
  • For a smoothie-like texture, blend all ingredients together instead of stirring.
  • Fresh strawberries can be used in place of frozen, but frozen strawberries help keep the drink cold and refreshing.
